2. Subscription Plans
FOQUS360 offers the following subscription tiers:
- Personal Plan (monthly or annual billing)
- Pro Plan (monthly or annual billing)
- Business Plan (monthly or annual billing)
- Enterprise Plan (custom billing)
All plans provide immediate access to digital services upon successful payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier after the billing period ends
- Your data and assessment history will be preserved
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds for monthly plans are available under the following conditions:
- Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial purchase and no assessments have been used
- No refund for partial months after the 7-day window
- No refund if assessments or coaching sessions have been consumed
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. Refund conditions:
- Full refund if requested within 14 days of initial purchase and no assessments have been used
- Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if fewer than 3 assessments have been used
- No refund after 30 days from purchase date
4.3 Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans have custom terms. Refund conditions are outlined in your individual enterprise agreement.

- Subscription periods that have already elapsed
7. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. In cases where service disruption is significant and caused by us, we may offer:
- Extension of your subscription period
- Additional assessment credits
- Partial or full refund at our discretion
